This was my look for NYE 2013-14. I keep posting older photo with my hair just below my shoulder. I think I like this look and length most. The necklace my mom purchased at a craft fair in New Orleans. The headband is from my roommate Gillian. Dress was $2 at Family Dollar. Cardigan (my fave) from Old Navy.
