I read a fashion article where chartreuse was called electric lemon instead. I'm copying them. I love the versatility of a little black dress. I usually wear patterned leggings with it because the top is so neutral, a little kick down below looks okay for work. This was an end-of-winter outfit. The boots because it was still chilly on the toesies. The lighter weight cardigan because it was so warm in March so the automatic heat at work was overwhelming. (Conversely, it's so cold this May!)
