Pastel Check Pattern Vintage Dress with Fan Skirt from Bloomin' Deals in New Orleans

This is actually a vintage size 12 petite so technically, that shouldn't fit me at all since I'm a modern day 12-16 depending on the clothes maker. However, for some reason, I knew if I tried it on and styled it a certain way (tank underneath instead of buttoning up, a solution for most Busty Girls) it would look great. And I was right! I LOVE this dress. It is so pretty!

On this day I wore it for the special occasion of Valentine's Day, with Mom and Fenway as my Valentine's. I bought it from Bloomin' Deals on Freret St in New Orleans for...TEN DOLLARS!!!

The tank is from Old Navy. Belt from the thrift store that used to be across Freret St from Bloomin' Deal, "Full Blossom Chic", tights from TJ Maxx, shoes from Payless. Necklace is handmade by me. Hair stuff rom Family Dollar. So a mix of vintage and discount stores.
